[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 129 of the smart locks for the condo I manage. I love them. Set up is easy even for technology challenged owners of the building. I am also purchasing matching passive licks for the laundry rooms, electrical rooms and owner A/C closets

Excellent hardware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work for a vacación rental company. Out of the 105 homes we manage at any given time, 85% are equipped with Encode smart deadbolts.
The hardware is wonderful, almost bombproof, easy to install and the recent change to a new conector has improved the risk of damaging it during installation.
The one thing I would like to see improvements in is the app. It would help us immensely to be able to just go to the “manage locks” option select a lock and jump from there to the specific lock.
When you have some 8 something locks to deal with, manually swiping them one by one to get to the one you want is tedious, time consuming.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a wee bit pricey but I love all the features it has such as alarm when too many attempts made, being able to unlock from app or using Alexa. And it’s so quiet during lock and unlock phase. My others were noisy.

Great Smart Lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this when we purchased our home a year and half ago. I love being able to view when it’s been opened and closed and by who. Also I can create codes on the go for contractors or guests. We loved the lock so much that we installed the Century lock in our walk in closet to make a vault/safe that can’t be picked up or stolen!

Also, as we finish out the inside it allows me to grant access to the contractors, either by giving them a temporary code or unlocking it from work for them!
