Excellent hardware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work for a vacación rental company. Out of the 105 homes we manage at any given time, 85% are equipped with Encode smart deadbolts.
The hardware is wonderful, almost bombproof, easy to install and the recent change to a new conector has improved the risk of damaging it during installation.
The one thing I would like to see improvements in is the app. It would help us immensely to be able to just go to the “manage locks” option select a lock and jump from there to the specific lock.
When you have some 8 something locks to deal with, manually swiping them one by one to get to the one you want is tedious, time consuming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased 129 of the smart locks for the condo I manage. I love them. Set up is easy even for technology challenged owners of the building. I am also purchasing matching passive licks for the laundry rooms, electrical rooms and owner A/C closets

Best featured smart lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been 2 years since I have purchased and used this lock. Initially had a very difficult time getting it to connect to my network and updating firmware. It eventually succeeded.
The look is modern and the quality feels very robust. Consumes regular batteries pretty quickly but I use lithium ones and they last twice as long.
