Great master bedroom lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the lock and it would have earned 5 stars ,BUT the numbers on the lock are hard to see. When you touch the lock it lights up, but if you touched a number it counts towards the lock code entry process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and I couldn’t be more happier with it. You can change it to lock instantly after you close the door or have a delay on it. It’s so easy to use and set up was extremely easy as well. I would highly recommend this.

Beware of cold and weak wifi connection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This would be great for an interior door very close to a wifi signal. It can not handle being on an exterior door with a moderate WiFi signal. Lock works with manual inputs but will not maintain connection with WiFi even though the signal strength is adequate.

Love this lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lock a month ago when moving into a new home to change the lock on the front door. It was way easier to install than I was expecting and works perfectly so far. It's easy to use the app as well and not noisy at all.

Not what we had hoped for

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it’s working. We have several properties and use the Schlage Encode locks. Of the 4, 2 have had issues where it seems like the batteries are dead, but it’s the unit itself. While it’s inconvenient, Schlage’s customer support is fantastic! They just ask for a few pics, and to do a bit of diag, but will then quickly send a replacement unit. Even with these hiccups, I still choose Schlage over any other product.
