I currently switched from another brand to this one. My family has this one and had no issues. I replaced 2 similar door locks of another brand twice within 2 years. My family has yet to do that with this exact style and brand and they have had theirs for over 3 years. I like the feature of this on that you can have it unlocked for when you are constantly running in and out of house. Heavy duty finish features and easily adaptable if needing to change handle placement.
Keypad lights up so easy to see in dark. Great security purposes. Smooth operating mechanism. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coded door handle is great quality. Used it for an office door and it feels very strong and durable. It’s easy to install with very clear instructions. The price was great for the quality. I will be looking to add more of these soon

Highly overrated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took an hour to install and 12 hours of grief attempting to access the advertised features. Wasn’t privileged to the fact that a further Apple TV or Apple HomePod purchase is required to utilize the complete advertised functionality. Also only one person in the household can utilize the tap to enter iPhone or Apple Watch function. TOTAL SCAM
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
