I use this and similar models on my residential rentals. They save money when turning the property. I like assigning codes for maintenance technicians, also. They can let themselves in. Once work is complete, I remove the code. Best of all - NO "I lost my key" calls from panicked residents.

Great locks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been slowly changing All our keyed locks to these passcode locks, this is our fourth one and they are amazing! I highly recommend these over any other brand I have tried. They just work, every other one I tried had issues. Programming these locks is simple and quick, I had it programmed to our same code in less than a minute!
