Great lock with functional features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to install, but last step to test lock is not accurate. The latch cylinder does not move. It's the thumbknob that actually controls the locking by allowing or not the engaging of outside lever. Fix this snafu in the installation instructions and deserves a five star

Work really well in non-secure Bank areas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve installed these in most of my Chase bank branches in break rooms and conference rooms, etc. They work really well for about a year or so. The latch mechanism breaks or the keys fall out of the keypad. Overall, I really like them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These locks work great for us. I do recommend changing your codes after a year to keep from wearing out specific buttons and or selecting codes that don't repeat numbers.
