Exactly the feature I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for an electronic lock that my sister could use an app to open. She arrives home late at night from work. She can unlock the door from an app instead of fumbling for keys in the dark. I purchased this Schlage lock based upon the high quality reputation of Schlage, as well as the product had just the features I needed without a lot of unnecessary extras (for my needs). I used the enclosed Quick Start Guide to install, and it was so easy. I’m very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation and setup was a breeze. Integrating with Alexa was simple. I love this setup. I put it on my shop and now I want one on every outside door. I qlso love that it alerts me when it is opened with a code or locked. The app interface was super simple too.

Got locked outside!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Already had the deadbolt at home, got this one for the cottage. I don't like that the lock does not unlock when you open the door from the inside. Had some friends over, he whent outside in the morning and got locked out. Usually the inside door handle is not supposed to operate when the door is locked. This is very confusing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
