[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for my short term rental property and it’s great! Sometimes it does disconnect from the wifi, but I believe it might be the router. Other than that, it works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a few rental homes and I use these locks to give renters temporary access. I also have them on my own house so I don’t have to worry about carrying my keys and even if the power goes out they still work because they are battery operated
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried many brands over the years and always had issues with dealbolts. This is the beat smart bolt I've used yet. Not the mechanical and electrical quality are too notch. It was by far the easiest to install, and the mobile app is much more user friends and is very easy to add or schedule temporary guests code for dog walking, or cleaning. Without making them get the app. Easy to give each family member their own code too. Love the modern look goes great with my hardware.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this installed 2.5 months ago. Easily able to enter, time savings and prevents key marks on door!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this lock for a while, and it worked well for a while. Then it started not locking, resetting randomly, just turning off, etc etc…it just can’t do what its intended purpose is…lock and unlock when we need/want it to. Not reliable enough to trust that you will be able to get back in with just a code after you or your kids leave the house.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed this at a family member’s house where we needed some access control that isn’t possible with a mechanical lock. The physical install was fast and easy. The only issue was that I “bricked” one of the units while updating the firmware. Be patient- it takes some time. The features and app are a perfect fit. The only improvements needed are: (a) ability to determine if door is actually closed, and (b) more finish options. Can’t wait for Encode + version to come out.
