[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous Schlage lock was going out after a decade of use. I was looking for a smart replacement that also had a key if needed. This has been a perfect replacement. Installation and setup were easy. App controls are super convenient as it's being able to add or remove users and codes.

Wi-Fi so much nicer than SmartThings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Direct Wi-Fi control so much nicer than needing to use SmartThings app on old Schlage lock. Battery access without having to to disassemble handle is a welcome improvement as well.

Best Alexa connection I've ever made

I do alot of work in my garage. Wanted a lock on the door so I could leave the garage door up and still have the house secure without carrying a key.
Everyone has a code. Just works for us!

Practical, thoughtfully designed, missing HomeKit
