Convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed this lock on front and back doors. Both are nice, work well and easy to use. Only concerns are that they are sensitive to cold weather and, if using deadbolts, the battery cover does not come off unless the deadbolt casing inside the door is removed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous Schlage lock was going out after a decade of use. I was looking for a smart replacement that also had a key if needed. This has been a perfect replacement. Installation and setup were easy. App controls are super convenient as it's being able to add or remove users and codes.

Wi-Fi so much nicer than SmartThings

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Direct Wi-Fi control so much nicer than needing to use SmartThings app on old Schlage lock. Battery access without having to to disassemble handle is a welcome improvement as well.

Great features

Best Alexa connection I've ever made
