Wish it had a digital read for temp. I don’t like the dial and choices of temp. It would be better that once you dial, you got a read out of where it is. I do like this fryer as I had a smaller one and this allows me to cook more at once, I went from two egg rolls to 6 at a time. Despite temp gage reading, i do recommend this fryer.

Never buy a fryer less than 4 quart if you want to cook evenly and efficiently. Never buy a fryer that heats from the bottom. You can google why.

This deep fryer is great. It's a good size, and holds its temperature. Clean up is also really easy. I had been using a pan to fry stuff, and this is so much easier and cleaner. I highly recommend it for all of your deep frying needs.
