No longer concerned about size & oil use. Removable SS oil container with pour spout makes filtering, straining, & saving oil clean & easy. I was unimpressed by those friers that had gimmicky onboard filter containers or spigots that would leak / drip over time. Temp dial seems accurate.

This fryer works great. It doesn’t take long to heat and seems to hold temperature fine. We didn’t have problems with the magnetic cord that others have reported. It is short, but we placed the fryer on a baking sheet on our stove so it was under the vent. Worked great. Easy to empty and clean.

So this fryer actually performs quite well. It heats quickly. The fryer also is pretty easy to clean. The problem comes in when you have to replace the oil for one it takes quite a bit of oil and two the oil seems to dirty very quickly. That could be what I fry so I'm not knocking off stars for that what I am knocking off is how quick it uses oil as well as the material quality and how the cord constantly comes unplugged.

Works well. My only disappointment is the cord attachment. The magnet is not very strong; the stiffness of the cable memory is enough to cause it to uncouple from the unit. I get the safety aspect of it, but it needs to be just a little stronger.

I’m sure over all your products are good but the one I got was not. It would not heat up over 200 degrees. I sent it back for a replacement and the replacement came with no power cord. I returned it and bought something else.
