This is a great fryer. I had to replace my deep fryer and purchased this one. This one is wider and not deep like my other one and because this one is wider it cooks more evenly and much better. I love this fryer. It is very easy to clean and much easier to pour the oil out than my other one. I definitely recommend this product!!!!! I have many Cuisinart products and am happy with every one of them.

This is such a great product! It’s roomy enough to fry chicken, French fries, jalapeños - anything big or small. The timer on it is so helpful and cleanup is quick and easy!

Gift for son-in-law. His favorites are fried chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks. The deep fryer heats up to a perfect temperature. Easy to clean. Only downside, a little hard to store when not in use due to the size.
