Stopped Working After First Use

I was able to make a couple of waffles from a batch of batter that I had made shortly after purchasing the product. The heat stopped working and I attempted other outlets, confirmed that other devices turned on in the same outlet it was plugged into, and tried to turn it on after giving it some time in case it had overheated, but nothing worked. I would like a replacement to be sent as the product is still under warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
