To be fair, the first thing I tried was a slice of cooked sweet potato in the mini waffle maker. It’s stuck badly. I cleaned it up, made a real waffle recipe out of red lentils, and the nonstick quality worked great. I lightly oiled it just a couple of times but it’s still doing great without greasing it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So small it can be hard to handle! It works well but I wish I knew if the light would actually tell when it’s done or not. I’m constantly setting a timer. Wish it had one built in!
