I love my waffle maker! Its so convenient, I make chaffles all the time, and this is the best because its the perfect size. And it takes very little time to cook. This is a must in my kitchen!!

Great Customer Service, So-So Product

I was able to use this once, and was in the middle of a second usage when the heating element gave out. I plugged it into multiple outlets, but it was permanently broken. When I called customer service to report it for the warranty I got a very nice representative that was extremely helpful and promised to send me a new one within 2 weeks. About 1.5 weeks later my package arrived, but when I opened it, I saw that it was the wrong model. I then called back customer service to report that they gave me the wrong product, and that representative was also very nice. They promised to send me the correct product, which came today. I have not used the new products yet, but I am hoping it was just a glitch in the first waffle maker. Either way, their customer service is the best I have interacted with. I will definitely buy more of their products. They seem to be the perfect size for a college dorm.

Perfect for sandwiches

I bought this mini waffle maker JUST to make sandwiches and it did not disappoint. Cooked the perfect little Bun size waffle. I held them warm in the oven until I had enough made. Enjoyed my first sausage waffle sandwich and plan on making a fried chicken sandwich next. Absolutely recommend.
