Quick and easy waffles

I use assorted muffin mixes in my waffle maker, so everyone can have their choice, strawberry, blueberry, and banana nut.

We love it, and now finally have OUR OWN ! Our first encounter with byDash was at an AirBNB my wife and I stayed at in Ithaca NY. I said to my wife Teresa, “Look what some child left behind here in this drawer,” but then I saw the cord and legit-looking power plug. We bought some pancake/waffle mix, and the next morning ate up a storm of mini waffles with fresh sliced strawberries, blackberries and bananas and whipped cream on top. We had to leave the waffle maker there (sad!) but I vowed to find one back in NJ. I DID, when holiday shopping this year (2022) at Target, and I already have my eyes peeled in search of the Dash Mini Bundt Maker, hopefully in Red! Meanwhile, our Mini Waffle Maker has earned a spot ATOP our kitchen countertop, due to its regular use!
