It bakes my gluten free waffles just perfect, and i leave them in a little bit longer to make them crispier. The mini size is good for making extras to freeze for later that are toaster size. I add just a spray or two of nonstick for every couple of batches and clean up is easy with a napkin when it cools.

I love this thing. In another review I saw them say that they like to play a game "Will it waffle?" And there wasn't anything they hadn't found that wouldn't yet. I plan to make cake waffles next.
