Cute but the top plate does not stay on

It has a lot of contraptions, but the top part does not stay on. It keeps coming off.

Love the size of the waffle maker, making it easy to store amongst all other kitchen appliances! Surprisingly easy to clean. Also, the size of the waffles are perfect, just like Eggos!
