Found the product on Amazon and decided to give it a go. I was delighted with the first results. I used flapjack batter and made up a batch of eight flapjacks. The product performed exactly as described. It provides a helpful indicator of when it is the right moment to remove the flapjack from the Waffle Maker.
I love the compact size of this lil' waffle maker, because I use it for more than just traditional waffles so the smaller size works perfect for me. I make chewy thin waffles then roll them into waffle cones for ice cream, I stuffed French toast, grilled cheese, 1/2 vanilla 1/2 chocolate dessert tacos, and much more. In fact, I think I've only made traditional waffles in it once. The Ready lights illuminates when the waffles are perfectly cooked so I never have to worry about things turning out too crispy, and it's the perfect size for making single serve goodies. The only part that I have an issue with is how hot the handle gets. Because of its small size, the waffle iron radiates heat into the handle. When you first pour in whatever batter you are using you have to hold the handle down until the battery starts to form a solid. Otherwise when it starts to expand it will push up on the lid and out the sides instead of staying contained and expa ding properly into all the nooks and crannies on the top and bottom waffle iron. So for those who are thinking about buying a mini waffle maker, DO IT and if you think outside of the box you be amazed how versatile it is. Just make sure you have an oven MIT or thick dish towel handle to hold the lid hold with. Happy creating!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello! Thank you for purchasing the Dash Mini Waffle Maker and sharing your creative uses! No matter the recipe, we recommend using 3.5 tablespoons or 1/4 cup of batter when making your mini creations as to not overflow the maker. Also, when using your Waffle Maker, we recommend to always lift and lower the Cover by the Cover Handle, so that your hand to the side (rather than over the top) of the waffle maker. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist, bydash.com/help. Thank you!
