Impulse Purchase That Knocked My Socks Off

Admittedly I only purchased this little waffle maker because it was so darned cute, a great price, and thought I could justify it by designating it space saving RV gadget. After paging through the recipe book and looking at various FB recipe suggestions, I gave it a try. Surprisingly this little machine delivered delicious mini waffles and crunchy keto friendly chaffles! I'm totally hooked and have already purchased the companion cookbook and a travel case for keeping this little gem safe and clean. Collecting these adorable mini waffle makers could easily become my new obsession.

I love my mini waffle maker! Sometimes I don’t want to eat a large waffle, and this is the perfect answer to my prayers! Also, you can make a small breakfast sandwich with this. Great idea!

Purchased the mini waffle maker for a specific diet plan that suggested waffling some of the foods. It's really easy to use, clean and makes the cutest little mini waffles. It also doesn't take up a lot of counter space.
