Great little machine

It’s actually more versatile than I thought! The recipe booklet is really great and you can find even more inspirations online! This little waffle iron gets super hot, the nonstick coating works really well (especially if you make sure to use a “nonaerosol” spray cooking oil as instructions state) and cooks quickly and evenly as well! I just use Pearl Milling Co. Buttermilk Complete (anyone remember Aunt Jemima...? Lol) and follow directions for making the mix for waffles. Works perfect.

I recently bought the one with interchangeable irons to go with themes of holidays. Took a while to make them because they are small. Figured I could just get another one but found out the plates don't come out
