Made the Banana Bread pancakes, SO GOOD and enough to freeze leftovers for the week. Now, I can't wait to try the many recipes out there for egg waffles 😁

I love this little waffle iron. A friend of mine I lived with had one a few years ago and I finally got one for myself. It fits so well in my small space, it’s perfect for me!
