Okay after second attempt

I might need some practice with it because first waffle stuck and came out in pieces. I did use oil spray as directed . May have left in too long. My second waffle was good. It’s hard and time consuming to clean which is why the 3 star rating. Would be great if the grills were removable and dishwasher safe!
