I was buying store brand frozen waffles because my large waffle iron broke. I then discovered the mini waffle maker in lavender being sold at my local Target. Some quick math and I realized that at just under $10, the mini waffle maker would pay for itself in one month’s time — did I mention that I love waffles?! I used the classic waffle recipe provided swapping out buttermilk for the regular milk and added cinnamon and vanilla. The recipe made 10 nice waffles that cooked in 4minutes each. I followed the advice listed in the manual to use a neutral, non–aerosol oil and the grids were super easy to wipe clean! The waffles were so good, they didn’t last the day. But next time, I plan on just freezing the extras to have on hand.
