It works. I wish it had a lock and a temperature gauge so you could turn it up or down.

We agree that a temperature gauge and unit lock would be great features.
There are a few reasons why we have intentionally left these features out. We wanted the Dash Mini Waffle Maker to be a simple, plug and cook appliance for those who prefer an effortless breakfast without managing extra settings.
We avoid locks so steam can escape and the batter can rise safely. Locking it would trap intense pressure and ruin the waffle's texture or even the unit.
