We make batter for several days' worth. This way we can make mini waffles on school mornings for breakfast. Double the recipe in the booklet.

Makes perfectly sized waffles for my smaller-than-average stomach, just wish I didn't need so much cooking spray to prevent the latter half of the waffle batch from sticking
