When we run out of eggo waffles for the kiddos I pull this out and use a Belgian waffle mix, perfect mini waffles each time. Tiny unit takes up so little space. I prefer to put a piece of foil on my counter under it for easy cleanup and a bit of heat protection. I just recently bought the mini maker system and am so excited to try it out.

I bought this after my granddaughter made mini waffles for us on vacation. It's SO much easier to pull out than my big waffle maker and the recipe in the book is delicious. We added chocolate chips and pecans to some of the waffles.
