Super easy to install and operate sturdy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one to try out and once I played with it a bit. They're super easy to install and operate. Just remember to restore factory reset if you have trouble connecting the Wi-Fi. One either minor complaint the access keys for ce people to download the app and it makes for a confusing process for everyone involved. You cannot just share the code if you use the keys. The person has to activate it on the other side and there's an automated code generated. It's much preferable to create access codes yourself. I planned to sync with guesty app for our Airbnb down the road for more automated process. Batteries seem to be the last thing. Well. Very important to all your strike plates are where they need to be So the lock mechanism glides effortlessly.

Works as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few years ago and we are on our 3rd one, first two wouldn’t connect to the internet and update so we couldn’t use the keypad or our phones to lock or unlock it, Schlage did replace both at no cost to us and the new one is working as expected with no issues so far

We got it for our new home as we wanted a lock that worked well with a dog sitter coming buy and we didn’t feel comfortable wi the giving them a key they could copy. The fact that I can schedule access for her code is really impressive. And all my family have their own codes. Really impressive!!
