[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My prior Schlage lock stopped working after 5 years which was not surprising since it was as a spec house. Schlage support was very responsive on helping me determine my next steps. I loved the prior lock and wanted a similar one. They directed me to the correct model.

Remote access and notifications for the win!

Easy to set up and use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new house was installed with this Smart Lock when we moved in. It is convenient to use. Recently, we were locked out because Schlage dropped our account email for some reason. However, we got the instructions to reset the lock and to recreate the account, and it was easy to follow. Other than a small drawback that we get a slow connection using wifi time to time, we are very happy with the lock system. Three different ways to use the lock also make us happy.
