Great look and features.

When they work, they are amazing.
I have bought 10 of these and they are great. Only issue I have is at least 5 of them malfunctioned or brought with one year of purchase. They is often frustrating. But the company is great with issue resolution and they replaced all of them, just takes a week or two to get a replacement.

Reliable and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lock was easy to install and the WiFi connection is stable. We can control it from out of state and the notification function is helpful. I have bought the same lock for another property based on this experience.

The door lock that makes life easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy to install, I like it best because each person can have their own code. Auto locks after 15 seconds of opening, now i dont have to worry is the door locked. Just download the app and your ready to go.

Bye bye Lockbox

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two Encode locks, one for my front door and one for my side garage door. I used to have to give guests the lockbox code to get in and get the key. The guests would struggle with getting the lockbox open and the cover actually ended up breaking off. Not only that but sometimes the keys wouldn't get returned and I've have to get extras cut. Now I can open and lock my doors in California from Canada using my phone. I can also assign codes to anyone I like and remove them when I like. Love it!!
