Love Schlage Smart Locks But myt 2 New Encode Wifi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Own 5 schlage smart locks but these 2 new Encode Wifi locks are problematic.. they won't stay connected to internet. Alos when I change the setting within the app (even with bluetooth connection) the setting do not save within the locks.. I cannot even use my programed codes for entry. I did a hard reset and still have major problems. Some may say user error but I argue that considering i own 3 other locks Schlage Sense all connected to wifi via schlage wifi box and are set up with google voice control, multiple users and with timed entry. idk if I just got 2 bad locks but I have to put these Encode locks in the "wont recommend" category as I have been only able to access my home using regular keys as I can't even get my programmed codes to work even after a hard reset of the locks..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fast install and amazing features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took us under 5 minutes to replace our existing lock with this beauty. Took another 5 to get the product set up online. Able to provide access to up to 100 people. Has a nifty alarm system and provides an awesome level of security.

Absolutely love my Schlage Encode locks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE my Schlage Encode locks. It makes renting out my home on Airbnb so simple. I input the code and it is hassle free for my guests. I love that it tells me the battery life percentage left so that I can be sure that my guests can always get in no matter what time they arrive. The fact that it can link to my wifi without any extra gadgets is what made me go with this one versus the less expensive one. I LOVE my Schlage Encode locks.
