So convenient

Works like a charm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This deadbolt was a simple install. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We did have an issue updating the firmware. We had to repeat the update several times before it actually completed it but it finally finished. All is working well with our Alexa products. The price was a little steep but seems to be worth it so far.

Peace of Mind

We are very impressed with the quality and ease with which we can now be assured that our home is secure. Never had this level of security before and it makes all the difference.

Easy to set up and use, but not perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this lock for several years. Installation was fairly easy, although it would be helpful to have a chisel or router to properly countersink the striker plate.
Settling up the lock once installed was easy, the app walks you through everything. Standard alkaline batteries last 4-6 months depending on usage; rechargeable batteries are hit and miss, so stick with alkaline.
The biggest issue I have is that sometimes when batteries are low, the lock stops functioning altogether and needs to be completely reset. I have replaced the batteries five times since I got it, and twice, everything was fine, the app reconnected once new batteries were installed. The other three times I had to factory reset the lock and reconnect it to the app, which required me to set up all my family codes again. It’s a relatively easy process but still pretty annoying.
