Great but glitchy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these locks when they work, but we recently had to change wifi companies and the lock was super hard to change over to the new Wi-Fi. Had to completely start it over. And they are super touchy if the door gets shut even just a little hard, they lose connection and power for a few seconds. Sometimes when i need add a new code, it won’t do it remotely - i have to physically show up to my Airbnb and connect to bluetooth to add or delete codes. But when it functions correctly, its great!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
