[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First one does but was covered under warranty. Exchanged with zero questions asked. Installation was the same as a standard deadbolt. Connectivity and off- campus monitoring are great features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great lock. At first I didn’t think I wanted the app. So glad I installed the app. No more worries. Did I lock the door? No need to go back to check. Just look at the app. Gives piece of mind when senior start to forget
