[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently bought 2 of these locks and they have been nothing but great. We wanted more comfort knowing we were leaving state for a week. These locks are easy and simple to install and being wifi compatible I can lock or unlock the door for my pet sitters. And with an army of children who loose keys frequently this helps prevent having to replace keys and shows me who comes in and out of the home and it's compatible with ring. I'm all and all 100% satisfied with the purchase even with the locks being a bit costly but even with that if I had anymore doors I'd definitely buy more of these locks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Builder installed. Sometimes disconnects from WiFi or the batteries are loose. Somewhat defeats the purpose since I always have to keep my keys with me just in case I come back and it’s “not on”
