[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. Quick set up. Great adaptor option. 30 minutes and I worked slowly with interruptions. Love the remote lock, unlock and status on app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve moved three times and have taken the front door lock with us to our new home. The transfer has been great and everything seemed to work perfectly. I did have one issue, but it was definitely resolved quickly by just doing a factory reset. I use Alexa to connect and it always works. I have two Internet one that gets changed depending on the service I have and then a second Internet that remains the same which I have over 30 devices connected to including the lock and interface works just fine on either Wi-Fi network.

Love it! But..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great lock but there seems to be a common issue with the connection from the pinpad to the main circuit board. It tends to get loose and eventually the pin pad stops working. Installation is a breeze, security is good as far as I know. The Schlage home app interface is easy to use.
