[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit loses contact with Wi-Fi when the batteries level gets low, and lithium batteries do not work well with your lock. Also, the lock is too easily to initiate, a total reset and it’s been done by mistake multiple times. A positive is that your customer is great but it would be great to have Saturday coverage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to install and set up with home wifi system. Only took fifteen minutes from start to finish to complete the installation. Took less than one minute to connect with wifi system. Since the lock has been up an running (one month) only used 4% of battery life. Had no issue with loss of connection with wifi. The cellphone app alerts you when the door is unlocked/locked and when the front door is beind forced opened.
I would recommend this to a friend!
