[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation took a while but it was worth it. Getting all the pieces to align and screw in together took a lot of patience in my older door. The video for install also had some different pieces than the lock came with but I made it work! However now that its in it all works great! I will say that sometimes there is a delay between when the door is locked or unlocked and when I get notified. The buttons are easy to use and it moves quickly. This lock brings me peace of mind though and feels secure.

Upgrade from a broken Yale

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced my Yale lock which had a broken cheap plastic latch holding the inside cover - this Schlage is solid. The installation was quick and the connectivity was simple. The App is superior to the Yale and I quickly added codes for housekeepers, kids etc… I’m happy and will get a few more for other doors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Never had any issues with this lock. Changed the battery once after 3 years of using it. The remote connectivity came in handy when my wife had a medical emergency and I was at work and I was able to remotely open the door for the paramedics. Multiple combination feature is convenient when giving a code to family or friends that are stoping by and our main code stays untouched and maintains top security. Easy to manage and compatible with Apple home. Installation was also very easy. I really like the interface compared to other smart locks
