[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] set it up about a month ago and works great. Easy install, easy to use, lock with the push of a button or unlock from anywhere with your phone. also if you can't remember if you locked, app will tell you.

Don't use in the Southeast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This review would definitely be a one star, but their warranty is pretty good. If you live in the Southeast, these things will short out on you. Every summer. They get condensation in them and then stop working. They do replace them for 3 years or so, but it is quite bothersome to have to wait for a new one, get a keyed out, or swap the key whole out which also gets Rusty from the condensation, and then swap them out. Cool idea, just get some waterproof tech at there

Great remote operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: We love the ability to program individual codes from 350 miles away.
Cons: We are on our 4th Schlage Encode in 5 years. Around the one year mark at our beach property the lock quits working. This is not good when our property
is rented and the guests cannot enter.
The reps at Schlage were responsive. We still love the lock-when it works.

Great smart lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this about a month ago. It that time we have used some of the great features of this lock. We like the ability to check the status of the lock from anywhere! We have our housekeeper a temporary code to use when we were out of the house during an unexpected emergency. We also love that we can have a alerts on our phones whenever the lock is used. Overall, this lock has been a very useful addition to our household. Thank you!
