Easy install, works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about it except one thing. I need to have a Google HomeKit to enable my wife to use the phone features. We have Alexa and that’s all we will be getting. I got Schlage because the rest of our locks are Schlage.

Great product but app needs some work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Encode w/wifi has worked great to us for years. 1) Although lithium batteries work and extend the wifi/lock 3x as long, they do NOT show the accurate battery life.
2) It’s a pain in the rear to set it up to connect to 2.4Ghz. You must to go into your wifi connection and turn off 5Ghz until it is paired.
3) 3rd party apps can automate changes in the app for adding/deleting temporary codes.
4) Using normal batteries, you gear a notice at 20% power and below. It slows down the time it will unlock the door tremendously. The time frame needs to go down to 5% power and/or it needs to be adjustable by the user for them to choose the notification %.

Excellent internet connected lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this at a beach rental condo so I can control who has access and when. I can set up to 99 codes. They can be set remotely via wifi connection. I can also remotely open and close the lock. I can assign a code for repair people to enter when I am not there. I loved it so much, I bought one for my primary home.
My only complaint is that is used batteries relatively fast. I have to replace them every 3 to 4 months.

Great features easiest to set up
