Great features for younger kids!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great locks, easy to install, no connection issues at all which most locks will have. One thing I love is that it will notify you when a door is opened or locked. Having young kids in the house definitely makes you more aware/control.

Circuit board/wiring issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very easy to install and certainly user friendly even for dyi or beginners. It has a good appearance, wifi compatibility, app dashboard is user friendly. Installation was simple specially with detailed step by step instructions.
This also provides ample security specially with the notification status via app. I connected ours through Alexa and utilized the features of spoken lock/unlock commands.
My issue however is that after a few years, the keypad stopped functioning. Replaced the battery a few times and still not working. This likely is a circuit board issue or at the least wiring connectivity issue.
For this reason, I’m rating this a 3/5 as I now have to consider buying a new unit.

Reliable.

Great Features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased the Schlage Encode because of the sleek design, great reviews and ease of installation. Our previous deadbolt fell apart and needed replacing. This was extremely easy to install and setup. Great features leaving us feeling secure in our home! Connected it to our WiFi with ease and downloaded the Schlage Home app on our iPhones. The interface between our network and the lock ran smoothly. Only bad thing, we have to paint our door since the builder painted around our initial door handle and deadbolt.
I would recommend this to a friend!
