Excellent features with WiFi

I can use a new code for each Airbnb guest

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was skeptical, it seems that fancy tech gadgets are glitchy and difficult to use at best, but this is not like that at all. The app is very user friendly and “it just works”. Now I can add an extra level of security for Airbnb guests without adding inconvenient steps

Great for remote access

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed this about 2 years ago for a beach house. Love the ability to add/delete codes remotely. Batteries for mine need to be swapped out about every 7 months. WiFi has never dropped.

WiFi connection is terrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 11 months ago and still haven’t been able to connect to the WiFi. I took the recommendations and got the WiFi connector and was very disappointed. Great lock without the WiFi connection.
