Good lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's expensive but I love not having to fumble around for keys. I like generating codes that other people, like our nanny, can use. I just wish there was a way to 'link' locks, so my front and back doors can be synced without me having to update each one separately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock is easy to use as well as the app. We are disabled and and it's a blessing to not get up to open the door when are children and grands come to visit.

Great lock, interface could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to install (although I was replacing a previous Schlage deadbolt). Works great. My only complaints are about the interface - they’re not deal breakers, but if they were fixed this would be a five star product. First, the bottom row of numbers is hard to see when there is sun glare, even when they are backlit. Also, I hate that there is no sound when you press the number buttons. I’ve gotten used to looking at the light to see that it’s working but it feels like nothing is happening when you press the buttons. The last thing is that the icons for lock and unlock make no sense. Lock is a home with an X through it. I’m sure it will become second nature eventually but the I always have to think for a few seconds to remember which is lock and which is unlock.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No more fumbling with keys!

We can take the dog for a walk without taking keys and I can easily bring groceries inside work fumbling with my keys. I love that I can unlock with my phone from the car or even when I’m away from home. Installation wasn’t hard and only took a few minutes.

Good, But read fine print

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install and connect. I made the mistake of getting one that doesn’t work with Apple Home. Wish that had been bolder. Didn’t catch the difference. Sad but will live with it
