[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation was easy and pretty straightforward. The trim is perfect for our aesthetic. The app interface took a little while to get used to but its simple and super effective. I love all the features especially creating temporary or scheduled access codes for friends, family or maintenance needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock was easy to install initially but has given lots of issues since. The batteries need a tighter fit to retain and allow power to the bolt..
Connectivity to the network has failed and it’s impossible to reconnect.
Help articles are not very helpful.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy set up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not install it myself but I did program it. It was easy set up. I have had it for about a week and I do love it.the only complaint is this lock did not fit where the old lock was. I bought the same brand to avoid having to repaint the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought two identical deadbolts. One was a joy to install and set up. The second would not connect to my wifi. WiFi strength at both locations. After several attempts on the second unit, I returned it to the store.
