[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a previous generation Schlage lock fail and my beach condo. I worked with the Schlage rep to get it replaced and it was even simpler to install as there was no wifi plugin device required

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best lock I’ve ever owned hands down but make sure to use quality batteries and no cheap ones or else it would work propertly (found that out the hard way)
