Lock app limited to one user

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install, but the app is terrible. Only one family member can access the lock via the app. There's no way to designate other users, which is a major shortcoming.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed these on house being prepared for rental. Installation and instructions were spot on. Setup went exactly as stated. I was doubting it would be this easy. Connecting to wifi and the app was extremely easy. The alerts when someone uses the locks let's us know who and when they are there. Extremely pleased with these.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Schlage is solid with consistency issues only

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a solid choice since it has ability to program remotely (WiFi connection needed) and you can set multiple codes which can have a set time to work and then turn off. We buy many smart locks for use with shirt term rentals and this ranks number 2. Downside is these are tricky when trying to connect to WiFi and take a long time. Some also don't connect altogether. The backup is a printed code on the inside to use but you lose the history of lock usage when in manual mode only.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this app is really good and super user-friendly. However, I’d love to see a quick confirmation prompt added to the lock/unlock actions. It's currently easy to tap them accidentally, so an extra check would offer great peace of mind. Highly recommend it otherwise!
