Love my deadbolts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought my second Encode smart deadbolt because I loved the first one so much. They are easy to install and easy to set up and update. I love that I no longer need to carry keys while walking my dogs. Highly recommend!

Just a dependable lock that does what it is supposed to do. Love the app feature and ease of use. Also love how easy it is to change codes as it used on a rental and has to be changed often.

Great Lock!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love Love Love my lock and use for my Airbnb in Florida. Only recently I purchased a new modem/router combo and apparently have totally screwed up the lock!! It’s been 2 months and cannot speak with anyone regarding this issue that does not let me save access codes. Also connects and disconnects off and on throughout the day so at this time cannot depend on it for my guests staying. Called twice and on hold for over 45 minutes so hung up phone. I’m assuming it’s because I changed modems/router (that’s suppose to be stronger and better than previous) but have tried everything and no luck at this point to having it access my guest:(
