[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for a couple of months and have had no issues this far. Install was very easy- maybe 15 minutes including disassembling the previous doorknob and deadbolt. The app is a little glitchy at times (usually on determining the current status of the lock) but functions well enough.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great reliability, easy to use, and the new integration directly with Airbnb makes this 100% the lock to get if you manage properties and want lock code automation or just want a good lock that can handle many codes.

Setup was easy. I like that each person of the family can have their own code. The app is user friendly with a simple layout.

It was simple to install and even easier to set up the app. Everyone has their own code so we know who is entering and when. The app allows us not only to see a detailed history of use but also to see the status of the lock and to lock or unlock the door remotely.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock was installed 3 weeks ago and works very well. I love the easy wifi setup, the ability to create multiple access codes, and the auto lock feature. My family and I feel very safe. I will get a second lock for back door.
