[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This lock and app work great! Only complaint is more of a door issue. If the door is snug, unlocking may misfire.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have now had this lock for over 3 years. I have never had a single issue. Easy enough to use that my 4 yr old can unlock it with the pass code.
