[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product about a year and a half ago and when it works it is great! When it doesn’t work then you will be locked out of your home if you don’t have a key. So you’ll have to carry an extra key with you all the time…which defeats the purpose of this deadbolt. It will slow down and won’t unlock so you’ll have to factory reset and lose all the codes you’ve entered. If I didn’t already invest this much money into it I would have gotten something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect for our short term rental

I can set entry codes from my phone app and make them valid for specific dates and times, which is perfect for our busy short term rental. Highly recommend.

Great solution Smartlock

They always function seamlessly and allow us to make access by guests or visitors or ourselves safe with set times codes no matter where we are. Great locks that use technology to make home ownership and property management easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this Schlage smart Wifi deadbolt lock installed on the front door of my new home and I am impressed with its versility. I love that I can assign access codes remotely and even open the door lock for my visitors when am away from home. I no longer struggle to find a key to open the door, I just use the app on my phone to open and close the door when am entering the house or leaving, or I use my code to enter when am doing my morning jog. Versatile, secure, reliable and beautiful.

First smart lock

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought my home a few weeks ago and needed to change the old locks. Always wanted a smart lock. I splurged on this lock and so far I love it. Easy to install, connect it Alexa and Google home. My 12yr old is super excited to use it. She was the one who actually picked it out because she wanted a physical key available just incase the internet went out and/or batteries died. Better safe then sorry.
