Perfect lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this lock after a lot of research and I couldn’t find anything that made me regret buying it. It works great and the notifications are nice to get. I feel more secure with the lock and I don’t have to worry if my adult kids stop by to visit and they don’t need a key!

Great active lock and application

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Favourite part of the lock is the application notifications telling you when it has been locked/unlocked and what profile used it (can save multiple number patterns). Makes you feel safe knowing that it is locked and being able to lock and unlock via the phone! Great designs to choose from with the features it includes. Digital era is welcomed! Thank you!

High quality and reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my Airbnb so guests can let themselves in and out with a key. Everything has been very intuitive. The app was easy to set up, and no guests have complained about not knowing how to use the keypad. I am able to set, reset, and delete codes anytime I want on the app, so it’s easy to give each guest their own code. I can also set it up so that I get notified each time someone has locked or unlocked the door, which helps me track people coming and going and making sure no one is there when they’re not supposed to be. It looks great, works great, and has exceeded my expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was installed in my rental townhouse and I love it. It makes me feel safe. Easy to use and having the app on my phone helps also. I noticed though when weather isn’t ideal, either too hot or rainy that my functions don’t work and I’ll have to use my keys.

First one stopped working within 3 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought our first Schlage encode 3 years ago when we installed a new door. Has worked great and love the functionality but just yesterday got a notification to change the battery. After changing the battery, the lock no longer worked whatsoever, no lights, no beeping, nothing. Tried multiple fixes and could not get it to function. Bought another Encode to replace the old one today. Hoping this one lasts longer. These are pretty pricy locks to be replaced every 3 years.
