Version 2 Solves Condensation Problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The original version was prone to failure because of condensation from the battery compartment dripping onto the electronics below. The new version has a barrier between to prevent condensation entering the electronic compartment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally had an Encode on my vacation rental but then it died without warning, despite having new batteries and my guest got locked out. Quickly replaced it and they sent me a new one. I now have the replacement on my house. Works well, we shall see if it does the same as the original.

Best smart lock ever

Easy installation and very easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The entire process of installation hardly took 10 mins. It was quick to connect to Wifi and in 10 mins I was ready with new lock on my door. I am not a handyman and if it took me only 10 mins I believe this is the simplest installation possible. Strongly recommend for ease of use and also control/visibility on movements even when you are not home as app keeps notifying the activities.
Holding one star as I wish this deadbolt should have an option to work with circular reinforcement which can be used on the door, instead it's prefixed with a fat rectangular plate. In some case that may be deal braker.

Works great for my airbnb

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well for an Airbnb. I can add codes for different guest easily and also put a time stamp on it so it automatically deletes the code after they leave. Also I can keep up with lock from a distance.

Great Lock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The installation was not to bad, I did however have an issue with over tightening the lock and it not malfunctioning. After figuring that out, the rest was easy. Functionally, the lock has performed great! Currently shopping for another one for my interior door to my office.
